Here’s a bit about me.

The short version:

LA Local. Real estate investor. Professional organizer of your favorite movies and tv. NYU alum.

Spending my weekends hosting open houses or restoring my 1912 Craftsman home in South LA.

The long version:

If we’re starting from the beginning, I was almost named Purple Rain. After my dad vetoed that idea, I ended up Violet!

I grew up just east of LA in the San Gabriel Valley. I spent my undergraduate time in Pasadena at Art Center College of Design. I mosied into a career in Archives and Asset Management. Over six years, I had a blast keeping the work of artists organized. After a stop over at New York University for a graduate degree, my career focused shifted from the fine art world over to entertainment. I’ve spent time working at MGM, NBCUniversal, Nickelodeon, and Amazon Studios.

Somewhere in the blur of the past four years, a beautiful red heeler named Joanie found her way into my household, got married, made an accidental move to Las Vegas to what ended up becoming my first investment property, and now I’ve found my way back to my hometown of LA.

My background in art, archives, and entertainment shaped the way I see homes and neighborhoods. I’m especially drawn to Los Angeles properties with architectural character, thoughtful design, and long-term potential, from Craftsman homes in Jefferson Park to Spanish-style properties throughout South LA and the Westside.

I’m here to help guide you through wherever you are at in your real estate journey.
